Sacred Song, Sound and Soma – a transformative 7-day retreat with Robyn at Johnson’s Landing where we will embark on a journey of deep embodiment through the power of Sound, Sacred Song, Somatic Inquiry …and more:)

During this retreat, we will immerse ourselves in the sacred songs preparing our bodies and minds to listen and receive them more deeply, learning from and allowing the vibrations of sound to work within our bodies, minds, and spirits. Through various practices, including Continuum Movement, we will explore the transformative capacities and wonders of being in a body, unlocking our innate wisdom, health, and empowered presence.

As we delve into the frontiers of neuroplasticity, the power of intention, and gentle yet fiercely loving presence, we can soften, release and unwind patterns and blockages in our systems that have been holding us back from living our fullest lives.  We can then lay some solid foundations of more space and fluidity within, open to responding to life in new fresh and exciting ways. Together, we will uncover the art of deeper listening, feeling, and sensing, discovering the fluid nature and profound presence that resides within us.

You will have the opportunity to ‘diet’ a song that you feel drawn to not only learn, but deeply relate to and be moved by as they are alive and move through every body so differently when received fully and allowed to flow with love.

In all this goodness, we will be held at a beautiful retreat center surrounded by nature in the Kootenay Mountains of BC, an hour from Kaslo in community with other heart-centered and devoted souls. We will have access to sauna and cold plunge and cozy lounge areas inside and outside.

This is for those willing to meet the edges of their comfort zones in a safe container that each participant is in devoted service to co-creating for our collective healing and growth.
