In this retreat, with the Grandmother, you will also have an opportunity to feel the power of singing together in community to support opening up, developing, and trusting in your voice while receiving the healing power of sound and community. We will also share practices and workshops, such as yoga nidra(Near Sleep Deep Rest), breathwork and Tibetan bowls sound healing that will enhance and deepen your meditation experience and integration of this work. There will also be time and space for rest and enjoying the nature of this magical land.

Kirtan is the principal practice in the path of Bhakti yoga. It is an open hearted, devotional way to union with oneness – in India they call this yoga. Groups of people chanting mantras create vibrations that are found to have profound spiritual effects on the body/mind. Through music and repetition, this practice opens the heart, calms the mind, and brings one into deep states of profound meditation.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Robyn, Santosh and Annie Claude
